1. Getting Started
What is the Kingdom of Kush Affiliate Program?
You can earn money in two ways: by sharing your Affiliate Link with customers who buy products, and by inviting people to join your network using your Network Link. We call someone you personally invite a Network Associate. A Network Associate is also a registered affiliate with their own sales link, but we use a different name here to make the roles easier to understand.
What do Affiliate, Customer, and Network Associate mean?
Affiliate: You, when you share your Affiliate Link to help customers buy products. You earn 5% on your own qualifying sales.
Customer: The person buying a product through a sales link.
Network Associate: Someone you personally invite to join using your Network Link. That person has their own Affiliate Link for sales. You earn 4% on their qualifying sales.
Indirect Network Associate: Someone your Network Associate recruits. You do not earn a network commission on that person’s sales under this two-level plan.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee to register as an affiliate.
Do I have to buy anything to become an affiliate?
No. You do not have to make a purchase to register as an affiliate.
How do I sign up?
Click Sign Up on the Kingdom of Kush Affiliate Program website. You will be taken to the affiliate registration system powered by UpPromote. Complete the registration process there.
What happens after I register?
Follow the guide: Sign Up → Get Your Links → View Your Network → Set Up Payment → Now You're Ready → Marketing Tools → Summary.
2. Your Affiliate Link
What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a special Internet link connected to your affiliate account. When someone follows that link, the affiliate system can use its tracking information to identify you as the person who referred that customer.
Why is my affiliate link important?
Simply telling someone about Kingdom of Kush and having the affiliate system recognize that person as your referral are two different things. Your affiliate link supplies the tracking information that can connect qualifying activity to your account.
Where do I find my affiliate link?
Follow the instructions on the Get Your Links page after registering.
Where can I share it?
You may share your affiliate link through appropriate channels such as text messages, email, social media, your own website, or a QR code, subject to applicable program and platform rules.
What if somebody buys without using my link?
If the system cannot attribute the purchase to your account, the sale may not generate a commission for you. Encourage people you refer to use your correct affiliate link.
3. Marketing Tools: How to Get Started
Where do I find the marketing videos?
Sign in to your UpPromote affiliate dashboard and open the marketing materials or media gallery. Choose a Kingdom of Kush video and use the available download or video link. If you cannot find the materials, ask the program administrator.
How do I use my Affiliate Link with a video?
Copy your personal Affiliate Link from Get Your Links. Share an approved marketing video, and put your link where viewers can actually open it. Tell viewers to use that link to visit the Kingdom of Kush product page. Test the link yourself before sharing.
How do I share on Facebook?
Create a public post with the approved video. Paste your Affiliate Link in the post text and invite viewers to click it. Check the published post to make sure the link works. For Reels, link behavior may differ; use a clickable profile link or another supported destination if needed.
How do I share on YouTube?
Upload the approved video and add your Affiliate Link to the video description. Check whether YouTube makes the link clickable for your video format and account; Shorts descriptions may not offer clickable links. If necessary, direct viewers to a clickable channel profile link.
How do I share on TikTok?
Post the approved video and tell viewers to visit the link in your profile bio. Add your Affiliate Link to the profile website field if your account is eligible. A URL typed into a TikTok caption may not be clickable. Test your profile link.
What is the Network Link for?
Use your Network Link when your goal is to invite someone to register as an affiliate. Use your Affiliate Link when your goal is to send customers to products. A customer who later joins the affiliate program becomes your Network Associate only when UpPromote correctly records the sign-up under your account.
Do I need to make my own advertisements?
No. You can start by sharing the approved Kingdom of Kush marketing videos with your Affiliate Link. Do not promise guaranteed earnings, and follow the rules of each platform.
4. How Commissions Work
How much do I earn when I personally generate a sale?
You earn 5% on qualifying sales that you personally generate.
Example — $200 sale
$200 × 5% = $10
You earn $10.
If you personally generate ten qualifying $200 sales:
10 × $200 = $2,000
$2,000 × 5% = $100.
$200 × 5% = $10
You earn $10.
If you personally generate ten qualifying $200 sales:
10 × $200 = $2,000
$2,000 × 5% = $100.
What happens when I bring another affiliate into the program?
Suppose you invite David through your Network Link and David registers under you. David is your Network Associate. You earn nothing just for his registration. If David later makes a qualifying sale through his own Affiliate Link, you can earn a 4% network commission.
What happens when an affiliate directly under me makes a sale?
When a Network Associate you signed up directly under you makes a qualifying sale through their Affiliate Link, you earn 4% of that sale.
Example: David is your Network Associate. A customer buys $200 using David’s Affiliate Link. David earns $10 (5%). You earn $8 (4%).
Does David lose part of his 5% because I receive 4%?
No. The two commissions are separate. In the example, David earns his full $10 direct commission and you earn the $8 network commission.
What if several affiliates directly under me are making sales?
If five Network Associates you signed up directly under you each generate $1,000 in qualifying sales, their total sales are $5,000. Your 4% network commission would be $200.
Can I earn direct commissions and network commissions at the same time?
Yes. You earn 5% on qualifying customer purchases made through your own Affiliate Link and 4% on qualifying sales by Network Associates you signed up directly under you.
Your own qualifying sales: $2,000 × 5% = $100.
Your direct Network Associates’ qualifying sales: $5,000 × 4% = $200.
Total: $300, before any adjustments.
Your direct Network Associates’ qualifying sales: $5,000 × 4% = $200.
Total: $300, before any adjustments.
5. What Happens Deeper in the Network?
What happens if an affiliate under me recruits another affiliate?
Suppose you recruit David as your Network Associate. Then David recruits Sarah as his Network Associate. Sarah shares her own Affiliate Link and a customer buys a $200 product.
Sarah earns $10 (5%) because her link made the sale.
David earns $8 (4%) because he signed up directly under you Sarah.
You earn $0 because you did not help more people sign up directly under you Sarah.
Only the person who makes the sale and the person who directly recruited that seller earn commissions in this example. No network commission goes farther up.David earns $8 (4%) because he signed up directly under you Sarah.
You earn $0 because you did not help more people sign up directly under you Sarah.
Why is this distinction important?
The best way to grow your network commission opportunities is to recruit more Network Associates directly and help them make real sales. Think wide, not deep. You do not earn commissions merely for recruiting people, and you do not receive network commissions on sales by people your Network Associates recruit.
6. Recruiting & Building Your Network
Do I get paid just for signing someone up?
No. You do not get paid for signing up a Network Associate. Commissions come from qualifying product sales.
Can I introduce more than one person?
Yes. You can personally recruit multiple Network Associates. Each person you directly recruit can create another opportunity to earn a 4% network commission when they make qualifying sales.
How does someone become an affiliate under me?
Share your Network Link, not your customer-facing Affiliate Link. When the person registers through your Network Link and is correctly connected to your account, they become your Network Associate.
What if someone I introduced registers incorrectly?
If a Network Associate you invited does not appear under your account, contact the program administrator. Do not create duplicate accounts.
Can I guarantee someone that they will make money?
No. You may accurately explain the commission structure and earning opportunity, but you should never guarantee a particular amount of income.
7. Tracking Sales
How does the system know that I referred a customer?
Your Affiliate Link contains tracking information. When a customer uses your link to visit the store, the system may recognize qualifying purchases and credit them to your account, subject to cookies, browser settings, and other attribution rules.
What if someone clicks my link but doesn't purchase immediately?
If a customer visits through your Affiliate Link but does not buy right away, the program’s stated tracking window is 30 days. If that customer returns and buys within 30 days, the sale may still be credited to you if tracking information remains available and no other attribution rule changes the credit. Browser privacy settings, rejected or deleted cookies, or other tracking limitations can prevent credit. If the customer comes back later using your Affiliate Link again, that new visit may establish tracking again. No purchase means no commission.
Where can I see my sales and commissions?
Your affiliate dashboard provides available information about referrals, transactions and commissions associated with your account.
What if I know someone bought through me but I don't see the sale?
Allow time for the transaction to appear. Then confirm that the correct affiliate link was used, the transaction completed successfully, it qualifies for commission, and it was not canceled or refunded. If it still appears missing, contact the program administrator.
8. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
What happens if a customer gets a refund?
If a transaction is canceled, refunded, reversed or otherwise becomes ineligible, the related affiliate commission may also be canceled or adjusted.
What if the commission already appeared in my account?
If the underlying transaction is subsequently reversed, the related commission may be adjusted according to program rules.
9. Getting Paid
How do I set up payment?
Follow the instructions on the Set Up Payment page and provide the required payment information. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay payment.
When do I get paid?
Planned payments are processed every two weeks for approved commissions, once the minimum payout is met and payment information is complete.
Is there a minimum amount I have to earn before getting paid?
The planned minimum payout is $60 in approved commissions, not $60 in product sales. Smaller approved balances carry forward until the minimum is reached.
Why might a commission show as pending?
A commission may remain pending while the underlying transaction is verified and any applicable waiting, cancellation or return period is completed.
Do I have to request payment every time?
You do not need to request payment each time under the planned payout process. Once your approved commission balance reaches $60, you are included in the next scheduled payout, provided your payment information is complete.
Am I an employee of Kingdom of Kush?
No. Participation in the affiliate program does not by itself create an employer-employee relationship.
What about taxes?
Affiliates are responsible for complying with tax requirements applicable to their individual circumstances and jurisdiction.
10. Promoting the Program
Do I have to be a professional salesperson?
No. You can simply share an approved marketing video with your Affiliate Link attached. Customers who use your link to make qualifying purchases can generate commissions for you.
Can I promote online or in person?
Yes, subject to applicable program, platform and advertising rules.
Can I make my own videos or advertisements?
Yes, provided your content accurately represents Kingdom of Kush and does not make misleading or unauthorized claims.
Can I use Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube?
Yes, subject to each platform's applicable rules.
11. Account Questions
What if I forget my password?
Use the password-recovery option provided on the affiliate login page.
Should I create another account if I can't log in?
Generally, no. Try to recover your existing account first. Duplicate accounts can cause tracking and network problems.
Can I update my contact or payment information?
Keep your account information current using the available account and payment settings. If a particular item cannot be changed through your dashboard, contact the program administrator.
12. Troubleshooting
My affiliate link isn't working. What should I do?
Copy the complete affiliate link again from your affiliate account and test it in a browser. If the destination opens but your tracking information appears missing, contact the program administrator before distributing it further.
Someone I recruited isn't showing in my network. What should I do?
Confirm that the person used the proper registration process. If the relationship still does not appear, contact the program administrator.
My commission amount looks wrong. How can I check it?
For your own qualifying $500 direct sale: $500 × 5% = $25.
For a qualifying $500 sale generated by an Network Associate you signed up directly under you: $500 × 4% = $20.
If the amount still appears incorrect, report the transaction for review.
For a qualifying $500 sale generated by an Network Associate you signed up directly under you: $500 × 4% = $20.
If the amount still appears incorrect, report the transaction for review.
13. Affiliate Responsibilities
What am I responsible for as an affiliate?
Use your correct affiliate links; provide accurate information; avoid misleading or deceptive advertising; never guarantee income; protect account information; maintain accurate payment information; and follow applicable program, legal and platform requirements.
Can an affiliate account be suspended or terminated?
Accounts may be subject to suspension or termination for fraudulent activity, deceptive promotion, misuse of affiliate links or other violations of program rules.
What happens to commissions associated with fraudulent transactions?
Fraudulent, canceled, refunded, reversed or otherwise ineligible transactions do not qualify for commission and may result in adjustments to an affiliate's commission balance.
